Does anybody else feel the same way about this season and Dak?

Fascinating.

Your first paragraph, talking about the positive accomplishments of the team, frames those accomplishments as "he (Dak) led" the team to those successes.

Your second paragraph, talking about the failures of the team, gives Dak a mention, but focuses on the reasons other than him.

You can't have it both ways.

You're not the only one that consistently does this. Most of the emotionally driven fanboy types do the same thing.

Dak led the team to those successes, he’s the QB. When he plays well, the Cowboys usually win. When he doesn’t play well, they usually lose. His performance has a huge impact on how we play as does the play of all QBs in the league. All I’m saying is you can’t pin every single loss on him. You have to focus on some of the other reasons we lose games. Too many fans here are emotionally driven by their hatred for Dak. Every loss we have they put the entire blame on him. Every win we have, he plays a part in it as does the rest of the team. Every loss we have he plays a part in it as does the rest of the team. I’m not an emotionally driven fanboy. I tell it like it is. I pointed out that he played terrible against San Francisco this past January, but our lack of a running game contributed to that loss. Dak’s play was the main reason we lost that game, but it wasn’t the only reason. Some of you may not want to accept it, but he’s still one of the better QBs in the league.

So you in essence slam Diggs for dropping a supposed pick 6 and getting a new contract in spite of his poor play yet you immediately say let's not harp on Dak's poor play?
Diggs was 1 year removed from leading the league in INT's with 11 yet you slam his play.....Dak tied for the league lead in INT's yet let's not judge him???? Come on man, the bias is too easy to see in that comment.
Lmao. Never slammed his whole body of work. He is a good CB. People slammed Daks whole body of work when he was rewarded with a contract. Dak a good QB. Both are exceptional players. I was pointing out that niners game many mistakes and missed plays were made. There is 0 bias. I am not a Dak lover or hater. I am a team supporter. The Cowboys are my team. My post was about the bias that some people blame only Dak for that loss. Romo got the same treatment. Daks not known for throwing 15 picks a year. A few years he only had 4 all season. And my post now is to you and not putting you in a catagory of being a hater or lover either.

cant say I i disagree. I think last years performance was the worst and I think circumstances played a role but if this team is to take the next step Dak has to overcome those circumstances. In 16 he went toe to with rogers but defense didnt help matters much like 14. In 18 I want to say that he wasnt horrible but the rams ran it down our throats.
In 21 he wasnt abrilliant but he was the best Qb on the field and 15 penatlies sealed our fate. Last year was the one year if I were to put the biggest% of blame on the QB it would apply.
Yeah, last year Dak crapped the bed. The year before I didn't expect the Cowboys to win anyway. When the Cowboys go into the playoffs I have certain expectations. Yeah they should win, or no, it will take a bit of luck to win. The Cowboys over the years have won and lost by my expectations. The one outlier was the 1992 NFC championship game where I thought we would lose. The other was 2007 when I thought we should have beaten the Giants. All other Cowboys playoff games went as I expected. But I will admit, I did think we had a good chance against the Packers in 2016.

I really thought san fran was the better team both years and I didnt expect to win either year. They have an incredible front 7 and our trenches have not been good enough. I thought wed win in 07 also. I also thought wed beat the Vikes in 09 but Favre and edwards created havoc

Dak is one part of a larger team. Teams lose games. There were several players that had big negative impacts on that SF game. It wasn’t all Dak. Clearly it’s a big year for him because the team is good and his contract needs to get worked out. Expectations are high. Stop blaming everything on Dak.

Bringing Aikman down to try and prop Dak up is their thing.

Dak fans are not Cowboys fans.
Yeah I don’t understand the Aikman thing. That is just ridiculous.
I would take a Troy at QB right now in a NY second.

Disagree though about Dak fans not being Cowboys fans. Just like the anti Dak crowd, Still many are Cowboys fans as well. Even though I question it at times As you know.

I am still not 100% sold on Dak, but will root for him as I do the team. Will reevaluate after the season, or during it, as we have no other choice.

Rooting for Dak is rooting for the Cowboys failure.

They will NEVER win anything with Dak, so rooting for him is against the teams best interest.

You have a choice. Get that trash throwing arm ready and join the Cowboys fans that want to win something.

ridiculous, rooting for the team to fail because you dont like one player (still waiting on how you account for the other 20 years before him) is LITERALLY word for word player over team.. you would rather the team lose so the player looks bad than the team win and the player look good...

The worst Dak plays the better off the Cowboys will be.
