Does anyone think Carson Palmer is Troy's clone???

The truth of the matter is no player becomes great without a teammate or teammates.

Barry Sanders never had much of a team around him.

Teammates? Sure. Good teammates? Not so much.

He had 2 linemen who were All Pro multiple years.

Herman Moore, Johnny Morton, and Brett Perriman were the WR trio to go over 1000 in a season.

He wasn't alone.

Aikman was overated, tons of talent around him.

And it takes a talented leader to lead the talent........and by the way... I saw all of his games.

No, spoken by someone who saw most of his games, many in person.

Ok, spoken like someone who needs glasses ;) (all in fun)

If I remember right Cbz40 has either watched or listened to every game the Cowboys have ever played or missed only 1 in their history.

All of them.....and plan on watching a heck of alot more good Lord willing. :D

No way no how! First off and most important Troy is a Bruin. Carson is a Trojan, you know like the thing you flush when your are finished with your buisness.

Carson Palmer hasn't done anything yet, I bet even he would tell you that. He might "look" like Aikman, but that's where it ends, currently. Comparing him to Aikman is pointless.

Besides Kevin Glover and Lomas Brown on that OL Hos, they also had another All-Pro that they brought in as a FA the last couple of years of Barry's career, can't remember off the top of my head.

Good point on the WRs too, I know that Moore and Perriman both went over 100 catches one season, I think it was '95. Shoot, you could argue that between '93 and '95, Moore and Irvin were neck and neck as far as top wide receivers.
