There is zero percent chance he makes it. He has increased his leg strength a lot but he doesn't have a Janikowski-type leg. And only one person who has ever lived has ever done it in the history of the NFL that wasn't in Denver's thin air... and he had a club foot. The Hail Mary would have been more realistic.

Edit: Forgot about David Akers. He baaaarely made that one...

Ancient butt David Akers, who was never successful kicking a field goal over 57 yards his entire career, bounced one fair off the cross bar late in his career, at Lambeau Field, of all places, but Bailey..? He has "zero chance." Not one percent. Not 0.5%. Zero.

I voted yes, I'm not 100% sure but I'm 100% sure I'd would have loved the opportunity to see him try. Way more than a ******* WR try to get a first down with no time outs and zero seconds on the clock.

I didn't either until he hit the 56 yarder with plenty of room to spare.

His leg strength has improved.

His leg strength has definitely improved

I'm not sure he cleared the 56 yarder by 7 yards

People misjudge how much an extra 7 yards really is

to mention the high probability of those long kicks getting blocked because the only way they get there is to drive them--so low exit.

It's been done before though...Matt Prater did it in mile high stadium:D

I give it a 1 in 5 chance...which is extremely generous.
ok...maybe 1 in 10

Intelligently, I would say yes. That 56 yarder Bailey kicked Sunday would have been good from 63 easily.

In my heart, I would say no, because I would get even more upset over losing a game on a silly mistake by T-Will.

I don't know if he can do it during a game but I have seen him make them from 60+ in warmups no problem. I think the dolphins preseason game warmup he hit one about 64 or so. Just made it but dead center and very low.

You got jokes.

Practically everyone trusts Bailey more than Jones. :p

I trust this Bailey more than Jerry Jones:
