FSU was doomed when they decided to start McGuire instead of Golston. McGuire ain't it. We saw that last year when he filled in for famous Jameis.

I'm sure he was on their draft board. I'm sure they considered moving up to get him. They probably already had a draft selection in place to start calling teams if he fell. The bottom line is we were never in a position to take him. No chance at all.

Probably because of Derrick Lassic and Sherman Williams but TRichardson and Ingram haven't lived up to the hype either.

During and after the draft some of the media insider types said they were very high on Gurley but not so much on Gordon.

I agree. There was no chance of getting Gurley at 27. There was a good shot at Gordon but a lot people didn't think he was worth a 1st. I wanted to get Yeldon or Coleman but both went almost a round earlier than expected.

Once we got Gregory the idea of a top RB was pretty much over. MJones, Langford, Davis and Cobb over CGreen looks great now but how about in 2-3 years if he is our RT?
