Am I the only person who thinks Dolly's voice is borderline awful?

I know she's a music legend, etc, so I'm probably in the minority on this one

But her voice is just terrible to me. I think she's at best a marginal singer.
Never got the hype about her. Other than two very evident reasons that she would draw a lot of attention.....

I always heard that was a good version, but do not recall ever hearing it. I think I have it on a hard drive I copied a bunch of music from, from a friend. It has a lot of C&W on it, but I don't listen to it, so never really looked through all of it. I copied it for all the classic rock songs of stuff I didn't have.
I will need to look at see, and give it a try. If not, I am sure it is on you tube.

I've never given it any thought.

Patsy Cline is the only great voice that I recall for a female country singer.

There's not a Whitney or Natalie Merchant in the country genre...
