current Cowboys team "not built well from a mental standpoint"...

no one at the top sets the tone or leads (Wade),

Wade's style is okay when you win and everything is going well but the leadership void is not so good when you face adversity - not a steadying force....

no one to fill leadership void except romo or TO and that doesnt work well,

this team overthinks everything and blows small things up and ends up
"staring at their navels too much",

Jerry feeds the drama because he likes big stars and the limelight...

Dang it hes right.

We should just discontinue the franchise.

Uhhhhhhmmmmmmm.............we don't have the "many" big stars on our team like Banks thinks we do. Other than Romo and TO, there really aren't many(I wouldn't include Pacman as one...maybe a thug, but that's it).

Other than that-it pains me to type this, but Banks is on the money about our team. The lack of leadership is really alarming.

BTW-when you have a lack of leadership among your players, it's not the coaches fault.

I like picking lint out of my naval. Does that make me bad or just fat?

There is a degree of truth here.

What does Romo do after every mistake? Roll the tape and see for yourself.
Head down, sulking to the bench. Sulks on the bench. He's not the only one.

What do you expect him to do? Laugh about it?

He does do some sulking but his sulking hasn't translated to poor play on the field.

Its nothing more than bad body language.

He needs to clean it up and bounce around like he used to. But have we seen this effect him on the field?

I dont get this.

He makes a mistake. Sulks. (He is human.)

He then comes out. Scores a TD.

You have a problem with this??

The Only thing I want from Romo is to be less careless with the ball. You are gonna hang him for sulking?

What's the point in trying to read too much into body language? TO sits/stands on the sidelines looking stoic when the game is close...oh yeah, he's sulking and scowling to the point where someone has to console his fragile ego.

So I guess b/c someone ISN'T smiling that means he/she has a fragile ego?

I have a problem with the careless plays before the sulking.

I expect him to lead by example. If he is indeed the leader.

He does need to clean some things up but the sulking hasnt effected the production on the field.

He could do the macarena after he throws a pick for all I care. Just keep producing.

You ever see that look on Peyton Manning's face when things are bad.

Its a combination of a poo-poo sandwich and the looks of someone who has been sitting on their own face.

He does bounce back, that's no lie. He just needs to take the next step for this team to take the next step with him.

Or how about McFlabb? Sometimes he just laughs about it.

You also see Manning get pissed and tell people about it. Troy did the same and so did Roger. Tony needs to stop trying to be such a great guy (on the field.) He needs to be the general, on the field.

When his light fully goes on, then this team will roll.

You forgot last year's playoff game where he started yelling at his OLmen.

*sigh* nothing can satisfy anyone.
