I must apologize to Ellis. I thought he was a cry baby that only wanted to get paid and would eventually quit on the team. Now, he appears to be a man on a mission and even appears to be quicker than he was pre-injury. Great job Ellis!

I saw the whining... which I really didnt mind.. he wanted the cash...
I never thought he would quit on the team.

I didnt once for a second think that his career was over last year... when he came back out in crutches... I just had a feeling....

I was in the "get rid of Ellis" boat. I was totally wrong I see now... I always thought Ellis was a very nice person, but his unwillingness to totally give in to the LB role made me just want to cut him.

But now that he's totally embraced it, he's been tearing it up and I couldn't be more happy.

I think you wanted him gone as a part of the IGS

Ellis and his unwilligness to buy into Parcells LB idea - I think that the players stopped buying into Parcells... I think Ellis was one.. Ellis was wrong to fight it...
