I think it speaks volumes when people are calling Stallworth as stupid when they don't know what happened. He could of been drunk he could of been high or he just simply didn't see the man or the man jumped infront of the car trying to get a paycheck. It was actually you who insinuated that they only gave him a blood test for alcohol because he was black.

I know for a fact that many states have laws that require mandatory blood tests of all drivers involved when someone is killed in a car accident. That is done to aid the police in determining whether or not there was negligence involved.

And just for the record, I think Matt Jones should be thrown out of the NFL permanently.

And he is a young wealthy black male. So im sure thats why he is being tested for alchohol and im sure thats why some people already have convicted him as drunk.
