I feel I must apologize, I insinuated that he was under the influence, because I've been in a wreck and was at-fault, and they didn't ask me or test me for intoxicants (noone died or got injured fortunately)

Yo, giggle boy...a drunk pedestrian might not be walking on the sidewalk. It happened at an intersection, so the pedestrian could have been walking against a red light?

It said nothing about him driving on the sidewalk...
