The Cowboys have a very strong relationship with the Oklahoma program and would have all the information that they need to know without talking directly with this player. They might have decided to not talk to him because they have already decided they won't draft him based on the information they have already obtained, or they may have left him off the visit list because they don't want anyone to know their level of interest in the player. There is no way of knowing at this point.
