It will be interesting to see how they handle Free's injury (not replacement) with how aggressive they are in getting him back based on his desire to play, period. I like that attitude.

I think Parnell's rib injury happened in the Texans game when Murray speared him with the crown of his helmet. If you go back and watch, you'll see Parnell wince and bend his torso as if he was in pain.

Speared him?

looks like we will get to see Parnell get some quality playing time

Which could be a blessing in disguise. If Parnell can show he can hold down that RT spot, then it'll free us from having to use a draft pick next year at that position. We could actually do an ALL defensive draft and create a perennial SB contender.

Well, if the Charean's tweet isn't pure pot-stirring conjecture and Free does miss 3-4 weeks, at least he's coming back in time for the home stretch of tough games.
