I said it when we hired Mike and it's worth reiterating. No coach has won a superbowl with more than 1 team.

He needs coaching, or will go by the waste side as many before him. Darnold, Mayfield...all were thought to be done, and with some coaching look at them now. It is really underrated how important proper coaching is for these young QB's

The only reason, Id take Pederson over McCarthy is the joy Id get with lazy posters saying DP instead of MM. That could turn into alot of fun

If McCarthy stays, I wouldn't mind Pederson being brought in as a coordinator and replacing Brian Schottenheimer. I know Schottenheimer is a coordinator in name only, but Pederson is actually a coach who could add a valued voice to the room to help McCarthy set game plans.

I mean, I'd be up for giving a Pederson a try as head coach rather than sticking with the same ol' same ol', but OC might be a better fit.
