I do love it though. If I am Jerry, Im saying whoa there, big guy. This back injury is making me have some real reservations about siging you to that big of a deal. The MRI is clean but you still have pain in the back? I cant possibly sign you to this big deal until we have a better idea of what is causing this "Pain."

how does it feel to go see a dr knowing you have no injury and then look people in the eye and lie about your "Injury?"
Greed, cowardice and selfish seem to be the dominating characteristics of Micah.

Quitting on his team at Penn State then faking an injury to potentially scam the Cowboys out of money. Its scumbag behavior.

A 2025 7th round pick and an undrafted free agent. They will be looked at, evaluated, cut, and on to the next PS hopeful.

How many former practice squad players end up with impactful careers?

This is where the salary cap forces the Cowboys to look. Perhaps the teams that had them all summer long missed something.

Limited Diggs if he plays at all
Bland
Elam
Steward 7th rounder with very little actual game play
Bridges

I know many if you are upset about DT spot. But CB was my biggest concern and nothing to really improve has been done.

I know we have Diggs returning and Revel maybe coming. But this is pretty bad spot to be in.

Frustrating as a fan.

Let's hope for an injury free game there. Maybe after week 1 they add Gilly or a vet.
Steward was a udfa last year for the Bears where Eberflus was HC/DC. He's better in slot coverage than Childress but not as good at stopping the run.

Bridges was the 7th round pick of the Chargers this year.

Sounds like the same person that looks his college teammates in the eye and says I'm not gonna play this season due to Covid concerns.

Eberflus had Reddy Steward in Chicago.

Actually Jethro did the league a favor. Not only did he create an enormous revenue stream for the rest of the teams but insisting on attempting to be a football guy as GM after Jimmy left basically nullified Cowboys being a serious SB contender.

I’d argue a win win for the NFL as the Cowboys have become the laughing stock while pimping themselves with the only title - #1 in revenue- they can now win under Jethro’s stranglehold over Cowboys Football.
why do you insist on disrespecting the man by not using his real name? Whats going on here... you hiding some secret feelings?

wash, rinse, repeat.

I hope you are being willfully ignorant.

If Micah’s back was an issue that would prevent him from playing, why is he waiting until a week before the game to get a second opinion on it?

Using your brain and context clues, is it possible that the reason why he wants a second opinion on his back is because he is contractually obligated to play in order to get his game day checks? If he has a football related injury, he would not have to play and still get paid. Do you think it’s possible that he has a financial interest in having a back injury?
Yes.. I would probably agree with that.. it may be in his best financial interest for sure.. but of course you and I don't know that is what he is doing ;)

I said last year during the CeeDee situation that we hadnt seen anything yet. Just wait till Micah's time comes it will be way worse. Here we are... way worse.

And most people think its scummy to lie to get money which you are not entitled to. He has three options: 1. Play and get paid; 2. Don’t play and don’t get paid; 3. Lie about an injury and get paid.

The first two options are honorable. He is choosing the scumbag third option and some people are defending him. Says a lot about them.

More cowboys nonsense. I blame Jerral, because it's his fault this team sucks.
since 2000 Dallas is tied for 10th in wins in the nfl with Denver. We dont have a sb, but that hardly qualifies as "sucks."

Dont let the facts in to your opinions though.

Well I guess there could be a conflict of interest?

I don't know any more than you guys.. how would we know.

But all this name calling because wants a second opinion?.. jesus wept.. a lil over the top.

Edit: well that was weird.. I was responding to this "That was the first opinion and according to Jerry he’s got the best doctors."
This whole 2nd opinion is strange ..........unless there's something we don't know. I say this coz
****isn't he risking his nego leverage and contract value, if another DR say IS NOT healthy enough to play. Would that not show a MORE SERIOUS back injury than originally reported?
****Team DR is saying the back is fine BUT yes, they are paid by Jerry and can certainly be bias.
**** It appears Parsons has everything to lose with a legit back injury, which makes the idea of him faking even stranger. I mean, is it possible there is a real issue with his back?

Oh boy.......I'm confused
IF a 2nd opinion proves your back needs more time but the Cowboys' medical team clears you.....doesn't that impact your contract value? This is getting weird, with a capital W (lol)

So sick of that man child. And his drama.
He's good but not that good to demand so much, act like a petulant lad and then claim he is lame.
And, Blimey! Nothing like a chronic/lingering/sudden injury.
Stoopid, your value just took a hit.

and he may do one of the first two.. we shall see.

This is my point.. you are saying things that have you have absolutely no idea about.. you call him a scumbag and a coward with no facts whatsoever.. says a lot about you.

Im guessing we didn't land of the moon either.

Its cuts both ways. They do get massive portions of their contracts guaranteed and often not live up to expectations. History is littered with Albert Haynesworth type players.
NFL contracts are the worst of the major sports. It beats being 1099 contractor but it’s not exactly secure, especially when an entire career lasts 3.2 years.
