Why on earth would you trade Romo and help another team out?

Bc with a top 5 pick it's probably time to get a QB. The vibe of having romos replacement on the team is weird. He deserves a real shot at a title. And we need a young rb, DT, lb, and safety and wr to boot anyways

He deserves a real chance, I propose we let him make a short list of teams and we work out a deal with one of them. Get like two 2nd rounders out of it. Draft like Jared goff a WR and Ezekiel Elliot and start over.

Trouble is, there's only " a QB ", not "the QB" in this draft. If there were an "it" quarterback, Dallas wouldn't get him at 6th. Cowboys need to keep Romo, end of story.

Three of the Cowboys four wins this season were with Romo and we have someone who wants to trade him?

lol. Why would teams want a guy who has been injured off and on the last 3 years with major injuries and his contract. Get real.

How about draft a QB and let them learn behind Romo? Take a QB in the second round and develop them into a solid backup who could possibly turn into a quality starting QB someday.

Second round qb's are historically a waste of time

You can't go by that Andy Dalton was a second rounder I'm sure I can find several over the years that became quality backups and starters that were drafted in the second round. Boomer Esiason was also a second rounder. Cinn has had some pretty good luck with second round QBs.
