Nolan selected him first in their TV mock draft simply based on what he's heard from NFL scouts. Tannebaum today ranked him as the more valuable commodity due to added special teams capability justifying him as the first WR off the board, I believe to the Jets.

I believe it's 50/50 one is on the board at 17.
