Twitter: DraftKings Top 5 Offenses

I'd say we're 2nd for sure.

Prescott > Goff
Gibbs > Williams
Lamb > St. Brown
Pickens > Williams
La Porta > Feguson

Could even make the argument for 1st, but I won't.

I can pick a top 5 stat for any defense probably. Anyone who thinks the Cowboys had a top 5 defense in those years is crazy, or just trying their best to crap on positive posters. You’re the latter type because I called you out for what you are and you didn’t like it becuase you know it’s true.
I just posted an amazing and positive stat as to how much better our D was in those 3 years, and didn't bother posting the last 2 because of how bad it was, lol. Go find a top 5 D stat for us in 2025; I am curious if you can find one because it was an all-time disgrace. Kudos for chiming in though bud. By the way, our D in those 3 years did not rank in just "any" category, lol

Its awkward and shows missing cultural development to brag abput his own accomplishments in a civilized and educated society.

But its very embarrassing to brag about others accomplishents where you didnt do zip for by yourself.

Whats amusing to me is that you brag about someone who acctually failed for decades now. So thank you for the chuckle at least i had.

Thats the point.

Our offense is not good. It has all the stats during the season against a lot of medicore or bad defenses.

But against stiffer competition it falters. And it does constantly for a decade now. It is not a one time problem. This is a fundamental one.

We changed players on offense during that time. Heck the hole roster is a different one. We retired HCs and kicked promissing OCs and some more. Still the same fundamental problem.

We have discussions here for years if this or this group of players on offense is the best in the league or 2nd or third. So we always had very good talent on offense. Thats out of question. So that is not the problem too.

But look who is in the driving seat? Hopa! And in the best shape of his life. Not even able to take a snap under center but has still to go shotgun. And we even start discussions as if Aikman ever used shotgun. What a joke!

This franchise doesnt do squat when it comes to investing into the most important position on the field. And the results show on every given sunday. You can cry about your DT situation as much as you want. Thats all meaningsless kindergaden talk as long as the FO is not willing to do the important stuff.
IM ASSUMING you are talking about the QB. I mean, whew,.... those SEahawks went out and got a real QB in Sam Darnold and bam, SB win. I bet they win 3 more in the next 5 years.

EPA per play is a pretty reputable stat. Rbsdm is also a fantastic free resource for advanced metrics, offering a ton of filter options.
Well if it is, I never heard of it until now. My point stands. Those defenses were not overall top 5 defenses. Yes, some random stat no ones ever heard of, but not overall top 5 defenses.

How have you never heard of EPA? It is unequivocally the best metric for ranking units.

Sam Darnold is a more "real" QB than Dak? Lmao.

He was horrible in the Super Bowl.

Enlighten us as to which of the below have not been heard of, please. Are you suggesting the Total Defence is not an actual overall ranking?

Top 5 Finishes
    • 2023 Total Defense: Ranked #5 in the NFL (allowing 299.7 yards per game).
    • 2023 Scoring Defense: Ranked #5 in the NFL (allowing 18.5 points per game).
    • 2022 Scoring Defense: Ranked #5 in the NFL (allowing 20.1 points per game). [1, 2, 3]

I think your wrong about who is driving lol.
The HC is the one who is driving, and the jones boys play a big part too.
I am not a dak fan, but look at the HC and OC's he has had, garrett then MM lol
And never a good OC, dallas has had a predictable offense for a long time till shotty took over.

Hard to win when your playbook is stale with no innovation.

We had a top 5 defense that created bedlam a few short years ago. How did that work out?
They were incredibly good at getting turnovers and putting our offense in good position but they just couldn't get the biggest stops when we needed them to.

However, the huge exception to that is the playoff loss to the Niners 19-12 when they handled they bizness against the top offense Niners

We lost Pollard and the rest of the offense choked despite our great defensive effort.
