I don't see Jason getting fired regardless how we finish....at least not after this season. I can see one the coor ( likely Martinelli) being the scapegoat. But let's say Jason and both coor are retained ......I can see the Jerry going after big-time for this defensive free agent. This D not only need talent but leadership and playmaker or two. In Martinelli's defense, he's asked to make salad out of chicken _____.

I'm a Michigan fan..Harbaugh would get shredded if he failed here like he's failing at Michigan
How is he failing at Michigan? He has returned Michigan prominence in his 3rd year...plus he has a very young and talented team...they will be better in the years ahead

No Thanks for me. Barring a total collapse where the team quits on the coach, I don't want to see any changes.

You replaced 2/5's of the OL with backups and 4/5's of the secondary with rookies who've been injured all year, especially the only one big enough to be effective on the outside and you lost the only high caliber LB on an already thinly talented group for the past two weeks, and your young medical miracle is not an impact player yet. I blame those things on the front office's wishful thinking.

Fans all wanted the secondary totally revamped. Unless you bring in top FA's, this is what you get with rookies and injuries. Maybe they'd do a little better if they were getting any help at all from the LBs. Bottom line is playing a first place schedule in the year with all these changes is tough sledding. Our coaching staff is not top tier, no doubt about that, but Garrett runs a tight program that his players believe in. Linehan is still moving the offense and scoring points with a weaker OL and no field position help or extra possessions from the defense. Changing the OC is a progress stopper for DAK. If I changed anything, it would be the DC, but the players still love him and believe in him. This team needs a top flight CB and better LB's.....period.

When he needs to. The defense lost this game.
Yep, Someone allowed Rod to continue with a three man rush and playing off receivers. Again, he needs to have the balls or the AUTHORITY to overrule him. Is it him, or is it Jerry?
If this was an occasional thing, I understand. But, this seems to be a weekly occurrence. If Jerry is giving him the authority to control his coaches, then Garrett needs to go. I just don't believe that he has that authority.
