This could be a move to force Jerrah and Jr get scared and give up the farm to make sure the Iggles don't get him...if this does happen though, just another example of what separates the two franchises

Love watching our Rivals actively try to get better while we "Like our guys"
Love watching our fans like you complain about our Rivals actively try to get better while we "Like our guys" and then at some point down tell us running backs are a dime a dozen and not worth the money (see Ezekiel Elliott). You can't have it both way.

If this is true, we can probably pencil it a done deal for the Eagles. The only thing left is working out a new contract with Taylor......IMO.

Ever since he won the Chip Kelly power struggle, Howie hasn't invested in RBs. Miles Sanders is the only exception I can think of.

I can't see the Eagles trading for Taylor. He has value for them this season, but he expects a long term deal, and that's a line Howie won't cross.

Meh. Cowboys will be fine with Tony Pollard, Rico Dowdle and Deuce Vaughn.
I wouldnt mind the eagles OL, LOL, their run success depends on their OL & Hurts scrambles.

our OL is good but not great , especially Tyron ( unsure j , steele returning from major injury , and OK Tyler Biadaz, but our backups are blah….

If dallas traded for him and gave him a contract people on here would complain about paying not 1 but TWO running backs. Philly does it? Oh that shrewd Howie lol. Yall funny as hell

On one hand I’d complain about the price paid by the cowboys if they made the move and on the other I’d love the eagles move for the same guy.

They would be a very tough out with JT. However, the price it would cost may be too prohibitive. Multiple picks and a new deal, that's steep. But, it may be worth the price for a 2nd SB in less than a decade.

The Bills should look into a trade for him as well, IMHO. They would be tough to beat as well.

This notion is probably because the Colts are in Philly now and Taylor is from south Jersey. Most likely nonsense.

So my question is how do the Eagles continually sign top tier free agents, even after dealing out a massive contract to their QB?

I really am not very well acquainted with the inner workings of the NFL salary cap, but surely the well will run dry in Philly eventually?

All of that aside, if Philly signed Taylor to a mega deal, we all should be thrilled. It would be a very large mistake long term.

Eagles, pretty please give up draft picks and pay an RB a ton of money instead of using your currently very good RBs on bargain bin contracts.

The Cowboys are in good shape to beat the Eagles.

Who gives a **** what the Eagles do. The Cowboys are just as good as they are if not better.
