Just this year, two of the very biggest games were roads games at New York and at Washington.
New york was getting on a role at the time and most considered it very big at the time.
Lose the Washington game and the season would have been over.
He (and team) had game winning drives for the win in both.

Congrats he beat Washington, one of the worst teams in football who hasn't won a game in almost 2 months.

The last time Dallas played at home for the division title was vs Philly. We won that game too. Then the next week we won in the playoffs.

I said besides that game, that the defense dominated. The defense won those games for us. You can't lose if the other team can't score..

Dallas scored 34 points in that playoff win vs Philly. Romo had a 104 QB rating. He did not suck and the defense played well but did not dominate. BTW, most good teams win games when the defense plays well. The Giants went on two SB runs with the defense playing well or even great in every game. That's how it works more often than not.

Anyway, go ahead and bash if you like. I didn't think that was the point of this thread, but maybe there was an agenda afterall.

What I'm trying to do is to get you to the 2010 season when Kitna took over this team and did an admirable job replacing Romo. He wasn't as good as Romo but the team did respond to him and they won games.

What the two int for TDs ? Come on bro..We are not that good without Romo. Romo is no Roger Staubach or even Danny white I don't care about stats ( its impossible to compare Era's). But he gives us ( this team) the best chance to win right now.

who has the cowboys beaten? we haven't beat a good team all year. 5-0 vs the NFC east, 3 wins vs bad teams(vikings, Raiders, Rams) the eagles aren't a good team but neither are we.In any other division we would be the vikings or Rams. No way we would win 8 games in the NFC north or west.

I still disagree, with this defense? we can't stop teams without giving up points whether it's a FG or TD and we would need a QB to answer that and I don't think Orton is the man to get that job done.However if our D somehow by some miracle can get turnovers or stops on 3rd down we may have a chance. But It's not likely whats likely is whats been happening the last few years. end of season game to get in playoffs and we Die.
