The Eagles won because of the turnovers. Especially, the touchback which caused a 10 point swing.Did you all see that run game last night?? They kept running the ball last night, you know why??? Because the Vikings couldn't stop it!!!
If Kellen Moore was their offensive coordinator, he would have STOPPED doing what works the best to toss in useless passes and trick plays.
And for the people who defended Kellen Moore by saying "sometimes you gotta mix it up". The Eagles showed you that is totally BS!!! If they can't stop it, you keep doing it.
That's common damn sense!!!
..what I saw last night, was weaker team than last year. Chapter closed. ..
They are finding ways to win without playing their best ball. Why don't people see this ? The bar is raised so high from last year , of course if they don't look the same , people will automatically go to they suck, but that line of thinking is misguided. If a team is on the verge of making the playoffs and playing well in Dec, will games from Sept matter ? The only thing that matters is win and losses now, not how pretty a win looks.I am thinking the same thing. Both their wins have been by 6 points or less and they aren't playing the best teams either. They had the late afternoon game Sunday, so I saw them right before our fantastic Sunday Night Game. Pats had a chance with minutes left, it was a close game. Not sure about last night, don't get the place the game aired on, but score looked very close again. They aren't exactly blowing people away like the Cowboys or Niners did.
Too early for that talkAbsolutely, but the media still see’s them as some juggernaut ready to make the Super Bowl. I am sorry, but we are going to crush them.
They aren't as deep as the Cowboys. They are finding ways to win without playing their best ball. Why don't people see this ? Their secondary was already looking suspect
Well yeah with all the injuries they have going on now, I would agree with thatThey aren't as deep as the Cowboys.
Even before the injuries they weren'tWell yeah with all the injuries they have going on now, I would agree with that
Thoughts and prayers!!!Feel for the player.
I dont think soEven before the injuries they weren't
Grass field look great until the winter months hit. They become sloppy and dangerous in their own way.Evidently the owners don't mind or they would put in grass fields.
But cleats still stick in it and won't rotate, which tears tendons at a much higher rate than grass. The turf they use now a days is the soft turf right? Not the Veteran Stadium turf back in the day.
Not this season...this Dallas team is even par here and now with Philadelphia and San Francisco. These will be momentum driven contests but well contested by all three. No sub-pars in this present group.Unless it’s the Cowboys.
**THIS** The Jefferson miscue with the touch back right before the half hurt the most. Instead of possibly going to half time with a 14-7 lead, they let Philly drive down the field for a FG as the half ended. Now, the score is 13-7, Philly. The Vikings looked like they never recovered from that blunder....VIks flat out, stunk up the joint. Take half the turnovers back. VIks win.
Viks D, was stout for the most part. Didnt help the offense kept giving ball back.
I read that he gets hurt every year.Torn Pec? He's done.
Some thought Maddox was one of the better slot CB in the NFL.
Far much better at the slot than he was as outside CB.
Good let them waste draft capitalIf this is so, Howie will 100% trade for a nickel and it will probably be an upgrade
