Updating previous reports, according to Dave Spadaro of PhiladelphiaEagles.com, Kansas City Chiefs WR Freddie Mitchell has expanded upon his offseason comments that Philadelphia Eagles QB Donovan McNabb and himself did not get along too well towards the end of their time together. "Me and the quarterback really didn't get along like you all thought we did," Mitchell said. "A lot of stuff happened under the table, and unfortunately we couldn't make it into a better situation…You go ask any of my teammates on the Eagles if they have different thoughts about it. They know me as a team player who would make that long block to free up Brian Westbrook. It's just that I wanted to feel more a part of the win. I wanted more catches so I could say I helped to win."

McChunky has been known to miss some wide open guys before as well...
Even when he isn't huffy & puffing or puking his lunch...

Just how FAT is he now anyway?
Kevin Rogers of V-Tech says 265ish...

You make a strong argument there HH ...ouch!: Don't know which is worse
missing wide open receivers or doing a "Test-A-Verde" by unsuccessfully trying to thread the needle through an open barn door.:D

Gosh you would think losing a SB largely due to inferior conditioning would have taught the guy something.

And his coach.

Although I'm definitely not a Philly fan I do respect what that club has done over the last few years and I think Reid is a very good coach. I also think the organization is top notch as far as fielding a cap friendly and highly competitive team. I also think McNabb is a very good QB.

1999 Philadelphia Eagles 12 6 216 106 49.1 948 4.39 63 8 7 28/204 7 1 60.1
2000 Philadelphia Eagles 16 16 569 330 58.0 3365 5.91 70 21 13 45/262 45 5 77.8
2001 Philadelphia Eagles 16 16 493 285 57.8 3233 6.56 64 25 12 39/273 44 9 84.3
2002 Philadelphia Eagles 10 10 361 211 58.4 2289 6.34 59 17 6 28/166 27 3 86.0
2003 Philadelphia Eagles 16 16 478 275 57.5 3216 6.73 59 16 11 43/253 44 9 79.6
2004 Philadelphia Eagles 15 15 469 300 64.0 3875 8.26 80 31 8 32/192 50 20 104.7
TOTAL 85 79 2586 1507 58.3 16926 6.55 80 118 57 215/1350 217 47 83.9

I think McNabb is on the crux of becoming or failing to be a HOF player. If he plays the next few years like last or with a rating of 90+ and 3000+ yds and keeps that TD/INT ratio he'll be in play for the HOF IMO. He needs that and maybe a Lombardi trophy. If things fall apart in Philly over the next couple of years then he may see his opportunity fall to the wayside.

He certainly doesn't need to appear to fall apart at the end of games for whatever reason. I called him McNapp last year because he/Reid fell asleep at the end of the game.

Some of us new Vinny throw lots of picks suxed and did not even went to see him on the field.

I stated when we signed him and people said he would start over Q (before the Q meltdown) I stated if Vinny was starting most the games we where going to have a losing season

...it's better to win a SB with inferior conditioning;)

True, but even Madden changed stations.
His conditioning doesn't necessarily affect his performance unless you think he's not getting enuff air in his "Boom!!"
