Eagles are the most consistent team and as long as Hurts keeps playing great, they’re the Super Bowl favorite. They look better than the Chiefs and Bills rn.
I agree the Eagles are most consistent but it's not Hurts as much as it is both lines. They absolutely dominate the line of scrimmage when they have the ball. Almost any starter in the league would look great. Plus, they are very hard to run against. So the end result is a great TEAM, not QB.

What happened to "you are what your record says you are"?

Doesn't matter what it looks like now, only when the last regular season game is played and the seeding set.

After that Christmas Eve game with PHL, the Cowboys still have to go to TEN and WAS. PHL gets NO and NYG at home.

If you are wanting the Cowboys to go to the big dance, you better not be hoping for homefield as they've blown that the last two times they had it and McC lost in the division round with a 15-1 record. You want them playing every weekend and not sitting home reading about how wonderful they are. Doesn't take much to pump their heads up.

More yards in both passing, running and most importantly scoring after 12 games.

2022 NFL Team Total Offense Stats | ESPN
'Boys are averaging 35 points a game with their starting QB (40-per since Tampa). Iggs, 28. Cowboys QBs have been sacked 15 times. Iggs', 30.Philly's offense is good and Hurts is a unique handful when he runs, but nothing says to me the Eagles' oline is better or their offense is more explosive than the boys in Dallas.

Plus not impressed with how they looked against us at their house.
How are they consistent when they just lost to the Commanders and almost lost to the Colts?
i didnt realize 1 month ago was "just lost" you're just mad the eagles are #1 in power rankings. lane johnson took care of mikaah before he got injured. the december game wont matter unless the eagles collapse starting with the giants.

That's where some people refuse to give them credit. Their lines are mauling people on both sides.

Every team has injuries. We did well with Dak being out as it made coaches understand the strength of this team is running the ball.

Nevertheless, Eagles has better record than we do and has beaten us once already (granted at home). All stats pretty much favor Eagles including being more explosive as in plays >25 yrds (http://hosted.stats.com/fb/tmleaders.asp?range=NFL&type=Passing&rank=118).

We need to play well in order to beat them. Until we prove it. Eagles is the team to beat right now in NFC.

Just from the Eyeball test, the Eagles still look to be the Top NFC Team.
We look good but these slow starts may work against lesser teams but they will likely not against better teams.
The Eagles look more consistent and possess the talent to put Dallas away should the Cowboys get off to a slow start, where they may not be able to recover as they have been able to against lesser teams.

Lol they couldn't even put us away at home when Cooper Rush gifted them 3 turnovers. We got back in that game and made it a one score game.

They looked like junk against the Colts. Lost to Washington.

There is nothing that scares you about the Eagles except they will be at home in the playoffs.

Philly is clearly the top NFC team. I was hoping the loss to Washington would knock them off track some but they’re still rolling. If they keep playing this way they’re going to be tough to beat.

If they get to the SB, I hope it's KC they face. Only AFC team who I think could beat them.

It's impossible to tell with the Cowboys, this team is entirely capable of mopping the floor with Philadelphia, Tampa Bay, and San Francisico but they're equally capable of pulling the same crap they have every year: inexplicably melting down with the deer-in-the-headlights routine from #4 and a defense that can't get off the field. So yeah, if you're betting your house the safer bet is Philthy right now. Ask me again on Christmas... :flagwave:

They're an excellent team that would be difficult for anyone to beat. However, there's a lot of talent in the league, and the Commanders showed us the blueprint on how to beat them. You establish the running game and hog the time of possession, and then you play excellent defense, limiting what the Eagles can do, and maybe even forcing some mistakes. That's way, way easier said than done, but Washington did manage to do it.

Didn't he die shortly after that line?

To each their own. The eagles lost to the commanders and barely beat the same colts we blew out. I'm not saying Dallas is better but it's all there to play for.

People also forget the Eagles very nearly blew it against the Lions, Jaguars, and Cardinals too. And Dallas turned a 20-0 hole into a 20-17 game in Cooper Rush's last start.

Philly has the best record but I'm not convinced they are the best team in the NFC. The Cowboys could be though.
