Maybe there will be a Trolling the Nation Super Bowl EditionAny funny tweets forum posts or general temper tantrums please post them here. Anyone check on @risenstar
The call at the end was correct, even Bradbury said so. Even if it was marginal, makes up for the blatant 3rd down PI earlier they missed.Maybe your reality.
What part of my post was the opposite in your reality?
1. One of the best SB's ever
2. The penalty ruined what might have been a great ending
3. Calling that marginal PI gave KC the win.
as long as they are consistent (which they never are), in general, when in the game should be irrelevant in a perfect world.Look, I was rooting for KC. Wanted the Eagles to lose. Not upset at the outcome, just how it happened. I just dont think you make THAT call at THAT time. No difference in NBA games. You basically have to take the guys head off to get a call on the final shot to win games.
ITs not that it wasnt a penalty, it was that it wasnt bad enough to call in that instance. And the ball was overthrown.
I mean the guy who committed the penalty disagrees
Thanks for sharing that. The call at the end was correct, even Bradbury said so. Even if it was marginal, makes up for the blatant 3rd down PI earlier they missed.
The rules on receptions needs to be changed. how can a catch with two feet down and turning upfield be incomplete to take away a def TD and the one on the sideline to Godert be a reception? Terrible rules to help the offense.
To you maybe. To me it’s a ticky tak call that you don’t make in that situation.as long as they are consistent (which they never are), in general, when in the game should be irrelevant in a perfect world.
I agree to your point on receptions. Why the conflicting standards on what constitutes a reception? If a guy a can catch the ball and and get two feet down prior to going out-of-bounds that's considered a catch, but if he actually does the same thing in the field of play he has to follow-up it up with another "football move" - whatever that means and which is very subjective. The Eagles WR caught the ball on that play - he didn't drop it afterward. The Chief's defender was the one who caused the WR to lose the ball by making a well-timed hit. It's unfortunate today with the the rules that favor the offense, that defenses are rarely rewarded for good play. The call at the end was correct, even Bradbury said so. Even if it was marginal, makes up for the blatant 3rd down PI earlier they missed.

Nothing bigger than a loser who showboats and then when he loses he's the first to cry.He had just been handed the script. Hope this POS is hurting.
Man they are Eagles. We are Cowboy fans. IT shouldn't have to be explained why we gloat when they lose even though they accomplished more than us lol.Don't get me wrong, I hate the Eagles and am very, very glad they lost. But how can we sit here and gloat when they actually made it? I'm in my mid-thirties and haven't seen an NFC Championship game, let alone a Super Bowl, since I was 7 years old. As much as it pains me to admit, we really have nothing to talk trash about.
The media narrative is already morphing into the Eagles are not all that good, the entire NFC is not that good, the Eagles never had to face a good quarterback, and the fan bases of the 30 teams that were not in the Super Bowl are joining in. I’m reminded of the old bumper sticker “I may be slow, but I’m ahead of you”.Man they are Eagles. We are Cowboy fans. Yeah its a joke. I hate that after every SB win then we all of a sudden know why that team won and why the other didn't.....stupid narratives. Eagles were a good team and lost to a better team. No shame in that. The media narrative is already morphing into the Eagles are not all that good, the entire NFC is not that good, the Eagles never had to face a good quarterback, and the fan bases of the 30 teams that were not in the Super Bowl are joining in. Yet, you keep watching and following this mess, so what does that make you, Shabazz? SmhPhilly fans should be proud of their team and their quarterback.
anybody that’s proud of our dysfunctional mess needs to seek help
It makes me a die hard Cowboys fan that will never switch to another teamYet, you keep watching and following this mess, so what does that make you, Shabazz? Smh
I don’t live in the moment like a lot of fans on this board. Many live from week to week with the players, coaches and the team. One minute they love a player or a coach and the next minute they hate them and want them gone. If it was up to some fans we would fire our head coach after every couple of losses. They’re only as good as their last performance in the eyes of some fans. You may operate like that but I don’t.Levels. I can assure if we went 14-3 (WAS DAL NO) and lost the superbowl like Eagles yesterday, everyone on here...led by you, would be out for blood blaming Dak and McCarthy and Quinn and Zeke. For the fumble, for not running the ball, and not sacking the QB and getting zero stops in the 2nd half. Don't pretend otherwise. Sirianno is a child.
True that Shabazz. Glad you are a Cowboys diehard! It makes me a die hard Cowboys fan that will never switch to another team
i give credit to anybody that doesn’t jump ship.
as much as we debate each other we still are fans of this same current mess
There isn't one Cowboys fan that wouldn't want to see the Cowboys playing last night even in a L. It sucks to lose the SB but we haven't seen the Cowboys in a big game like that in almost 3 decades. I'll take it!Don't get me wrong, I hate the Eagles and am very, very glad they lost. But how can we sit here and gloat when they actually made it?
