Not trying to imply it isn't heated. Divisional games tend to be just that. But the beef between OBJ and Norman lasts after he whistle. Hopefully they will be more mature about it going forward but makes for good TV.

How do you figure? Most of the people defending Garrett weren't even here when Zimmer was still around. It's not even remotely the same.

And I'd think that Garrett has been around long enough for opinions to not be considered "reactionary."

Many of the people who defend Garrett have been here a long time, and were saying the same things about Zimmer's play calling back when Zimmer being too conservative was one of the issues.

I said 'reactionary' because it's fans reacting to teams not winning that gets them second guessing the play calling in the first place. When they win, coaches tend to call mostly the right plays. When they lose, it's the play calling, no matter how many drops or picks or fumbles or penalties had to happen to get there.
