Announcers are saying Indy should kick the FG on 4th down from the Jags 2 yard line, down 10 with 50 seconds and no time outs left. Which is insane. The odds of driving for a TD with 45 seconds and no time outs vs the odds of making the TD from the 2 and then only having to drive for a FG are massively different. You have to go for the TD. But people can't break out of their old-school "extend the game" thinking. This is just a particularly egregious example.

Lost in that Joe Burrow stinker is that Deshaun Watson still has yet to be the QB he was in Houston. Last year understandable with the rust. This year no excuses. Would not want to be stuck with that contract if he can't get back to form.

I can't think of a single standout player in any of the games I watched today. It was all sloppy and they look lost.
