CeeDee heel hit out of bounds. It was not a catch. The toe tap did not matter, when going out backwards it must be the entire foot.

My issue is if you get 3 touches with feet, toes, heel...whatever down...that's a TD.

That is not the rules.
You do not get credit with a toe or foot tap with the same foot. I know what you are saying but that is not the rules.
Rotate his foot 180° for a toe tap then it is a TD.
