Lucky deserves what he got. But his fumbling is a bit over blown here. Perception and reality often differ with players
Someone can verify the stats, but on the break they said he fumbles just under 10% of the time he touches the ball. If that's even close, his fumbling is a serious issue.

Strange old world. Wonder if ..say...Elliott missed a few meetings would Garrett and friends suspend him. This doesn't really send any message other than to say if you are not a big star...be carefull.

He has a fumble and muffed punt (unless I missed one). He's got 37 touches counting carries and returns for both kicks and punts. I'm not sure how many fair catches he has on punts. It's not 10%.

Welp, guess we're done with Lucky. McFadden will take his spot. Tough break for him.

I see 3 fumbles in the nfl stats, but you hadn't to add his 8 catches too. So 3 in 45 is 6.7%, but that doesn't include FC. Still pretty high. But never trust numbers from Broaddus I guess.

I missed the one in Philly. He fumbled on the first kickoff vs the Eagles.

Counting fair catches he's got 43 touches total (didn't count touchbacks on kickoffs), 3 fumbles - the jet sweep vs Vikings, the muffed punt vs Bengals, the fumbled kickoff vs Eagles.

Daaayuuum!! Let's see what Darius can do. Seize this opportunity, young'in. :)
I've wondered why they kept him on the roster. They think they have something but what exactly do they think they have? Is he a RB or are they trying him out at other positions? It seems our RB spots are all taken for the next few years. Backing up Zeke can be a job for any JAG since Zeke is playing 90% of the snaps.

Same man, they must see him as a RB 3 after this season, maybe? And eventual RB2 when Morris leaves? I've wondered the same.

It'll be nice if he's a PR today, see what the kid has with that speed and (hopefully) open-field vision.

There are about 10 to 15 guys that do absolutely nothing on the team. He actually caught a ball in a pivotal moment in a game that could have assisted us in winning that game.

Really? He "actually caught a ball"? That's great. He's irreplacable then.

He takes the load off of the major offensive and defensive players not getting hurt by returning punts, and he's on the field on offense a lot.

Any punt returner does that. Answer he's nit on the field on offense "a lot". Not by a longshot.

We both don't like the fumble, or the way he returns kicks but he's out there for a reason. You need plug n play guys on your team. Cheap labor so to speak. Now during the off season, they may or may not keep him but for now, he's needed. People also want Escobar gone but the guy plays a role on this team, this year. But by all means, go ahead and cut all the guys on the team you don't like, let's see how ow we replace those guys.

I'll tell you how - easily. But you go on and keep believing each and very scrub on the roster is 'irreplacable'.

Cool, let's start the cutting process then.

McFadden, some guys wanted him gone including me.
Lucky, he's out
Escobar, bye bye
Doug Free, good luck on the right side
Wilcox, folks wanted him gone for years.
Church, folks wanted him gone for years
Claibourne, he's been on the chopping block
Carr, everyone wants him gone.
Leary, some folks wanted him replaced by Collins.
Dez, yup
Jeff Heath, slow, not good. I've heard his name called.

Let's go ahead and empty these guys out, we can replace them with trash off the street if at all. You like cutting guys, let's just cut all of em.
