I think everyone is up in arms about team chemistry for nothing. Tony has been the team chemistry since he walked on the field that night against the Giants. He is a warrior and everyone in that locker room respects him. There is no way you can let the superior player sit on the sideline. That would be a huge coaching failure. Dak has done amazing, far better than expected by even his greatest supporters. But he is a rookie. He has made his fair share of mistakes. And now we are getting to close to that "rookie wall". He has never had to stay focused and engaged in a football season this long in his life. If Tony is ready, you have to play him. He is just the best option and gives this team a little more than Dak can from the QB spot. Now if he can't hold up, then he can't hold up. But only one way to find out and that is for him to play. Tony should be the QB as soon as he is ready to go. IF he fails, so be it. But to have Tony on the sidelines is not fair to him or Dak, that would be to much pressure on a young QB, knowing that as soon as he slips, Tony will be take it back. Once healthy, you have to either make the switch at that point, or not but what ever the decision is, it's for the year, not a game by game basis. Either way, I think this team doesn't miss a beat.
