He also ran lead running blocks for the QB and wing back out of Urban's offense. Guy will do what you ask him to do with pride.

I don't like the idea of this kid tweeting out his college highlights... I don't know, it's just that you're a rookie in the NFL now, the draft is over, move past the Ohio State days already, and be prepared to let your play speak for itself in the NFL... It's time to be a pro like an Alfred Morris...

Makes me wonder if we will ever try to use Prescott as a Wildcat. A great blocking RB with a great running QB... Sounds like the recipe for wildcat... Even if wildcat is mostly dead anymore

Excellent effort and good results. Perhaps they will teach him better technique because he will likely be blocking bigger guys than him. Not trying to rain on the parade, although I realize I am, but that technique was useful albeit not what you want to see.

Then you should be able to, you know, quote those articles that have link to his pass blocking stats...right?

Are people getting offended for asking for the overall rather than vine clips now? Why? Because he's wearing a star? Great that he's "willing to block", I'd expect that. Did he give up sacks? Did he get called for penalties?

There, far more news worthy.

Why couldn't you have just looked that up to begin with instead of making the original smart *** comment? Especially when it's been beaten to death in every Zeke thread already. Seems like it would have been much simpler to do the initial research yourself and not expect someone else to prove something that you didn't know.

Sounds like you were the one who got "offended" when people took issue with you being lazy. It's been a well documented fact that he excels in pass protection and if you were genuinely unaware and not making a smart *** comment just to draw a reaction, make yourself aware. It's not other posters responsibility to make sure you are informed on an already frequently discussed point. Obviously it wasn't hard to find since you so easily found the information minutes later.

I would have taken Tunsil (Even with that crap going on during the draft) or Ramsey. I look at what the Jags did in the first 3 rounds and I'm quite jealous with how it turned out.

So go be a Jags fan.

There are more than enough so-called fans like you lingering around plucking at people's nerves just for your twisted enjoyment.

Fan =/= Must agree with everything the staff does

If that's how you want to be, so be it. That's not how it is for me.

When I see a thread with a tweet discussing an article that is soon to be coming and it displays Zeke's pass blocking, yes, I expect a stat to be alongside it. A single vine is not informative, it's about as informative as a highlight video.

And no, it wasn't hard to find. Which is why it should have been attached in the first place. It's far more impressive to see he hasn't given up a sack rather than a single play. I saw a play where he got trucked by a rusher and got flagged for holding when he was going to the ground which would have resulted in a sack if it wasn't for that, tossing that out in a vine would make you think he was trash in that regard.

People tend to cherry pick, give full year stats.

At what point do you realize that the decisions aren't going your way so you just accept them and support the team???
I mean, really? You haven't heard or seen enough about Elliott? Urban Mayer said he was the smartest player he'd ever coached
when he wasn't getting the ball. Do you understand the pedigree behind that statement???

You wanted to draft Ramsey or Tunsil... Ramsey would've been fine, but how many teams make a splash with a DB?... Tunsil would be a PR nightmare with the 4th pick...
also, no doubt he'd be in the substance abuse program if Dallas drafted him ( but Miami drafts him and no program required... topic for another time)

You're not as smart as you think... hundreds of man hours go into the draft... dozens of people... but some wise-cracking puke who's upset because
they didn't pick his guy thinks he knows better.... well, you don't... and if you did, it wouldn't matter. So, live with it.

What part of criticizing a team's decisions makes me stop supporting them? You can criticize them and still support them, actually. This is a discussion forum, there will be those that disagree. If not, it would be a huge circle jerk.

Secondly, in this very thread if you would have read, I DON'T hate the Zeke pick. Actually, I haven't complained about it at all. I mentioned who i would have prefer to draft. My biggest complaint has come with our second round pick, and no amount of "You're not a real fan, bro!" is going to change that for me. And seeing as how everyone else tends to drag on the same narrative for an entire offseason, because it's the offseason, yeah I'm going to have my stance until the regular season begins.

And "hundreds of man hours" have gone into many terrible and illogical picks over the years. Don't give me this ****. Shall we look at our picks from 2000-2009? Shall we look at the Raiders under Al Davis? How about the Jags just a few years ago? How about that second round kicker this year?

Scouts can be wrong and they are wrong often.

Someone else put up the clip, he retweeted it. That takes what, a second? It's a new generation, he's going to tweet something. Might as well be something good.

This Elliott v. Ramsey thing has Carpenter/Lawson potential. The angst is still thick.

This thread was started with a video of Elliott making an excellent blitz pick up and you come in here and chime in with your "what about every other pass blocking play" crap.
Is that not the definition of a troll? The kid is an outstanding pass protector... I'm sure he's missed one once in a while but everyone that can read has read about him being excellent
in pass protection.

You came in here to piss and moan... that's all.

That's like being angry that a movie preview didn't explain the plot.

It's a vine clip, take it for what it is. The article isn't even out yet. The clip is just a teaser.

A troll would have never admitted in the same thread that Zeke's blocking stats were impressive. Your argument is falling apart. I discussed who i would have picked in the first because i was asked.

Next.

Wait so you admit his blocking stats are impressive but yet you still go and poke the bull? You can try and go defend your remarks all you want to, but your actions screams butt hurt!

Yeah, cool. Now how did he do with blocking on every other passing play?

He post a highlight clip and you want to counter with what I will call a lowlight clip. I thing there is probably a thousand to one ratios when it come to highlight over lowlights videos.

Damn man even Joe Montana through a few interceptions. Should we add those to his highlight vid?
