The team gets to the SB as I am sure Dan Marino would agree with me. I have 0 doubt Prescott can get a good enough team to the SB because he didn't lose those playoff games.

Aaron Rodgers, Russell Wilson, Drew Brees are among the top QB's during their time, why didn't they get there every year? Why did Tom Brady get there so many times?

Was Danny White a SB QB? He never got there but he got really close.

Neither did I. Those you named weren't deserving of even being mentioned, much less considered. Dak comes just close enough for some to support him and others not to. I hope this controversy gets settled before hard feelings come about in the process. Truth be told, it's not our business -- it's for Dak and the team to hash it out, one way or another. That's obvious without anyone even having to mention it. I think they'll do what they want in the end.

I'm not privy to the contract discussions and neither are you. We can simply go by what the media says is true but is it really?! I'm ready to divest myself of haggling on this website. It's really divisive and frustrating to argue about other people's business. It doesn't affect us directly, other than to be concerned for how it affects the team. I like Dak but only up to a point where it won't hurt other players. I hope the team is ultimately the winner.

That's why I've decided to do my best to allow the parties involved to hash it out themselves and hope for the best. I know that's not easy at all, because of the emotional ties that exist. Truth be told, arguing over other people's business is an exercise in futility. In the end, it will be agreed upon by the folks directly involved in the contract talks. Let's hope for whatever comes is the best for all concerned. I believe we all want that.

Dak is not a SB caliber QB. He has a losing record in the playoffs and hasnt even sniffed a NFC championship game. Then you throw in the fact that he had a 2 -7 record against winning teams last year and I just dont see it. Usually you can look at a QB even when they lose and see the potential to be great or very good and it doesnt show with Dak unless its the Commanders they are playing. Dak shines with an easy schedule.
