DABOYZ;1086320 said:Dear Bledsoe Supporters,
You may want to talk to the Dallas Cowboys O-line before attemting to protect Drew. It's not an easy Job, many have failed. Including the 3-Time Super Bowl Champs, The New England Patriots!
Unforgiven;1086331 said:Are you talking about the same Patriots who would never have gotten to their first Superbowl win, had a guy named Drew Bledsoe not entered the game and led them to a win in the AFC Championship game IN PITTSBURGH?
dbair1967;1086326 said:he really didnt...even alot of the throws he did complete were off the mark..receivers had to stop or turn to catch them, rather than hitting them in stride consistently like he normally did before the Vikes preseason game
and he's thrown 7 picks...in the Skins game he didnt have any, but had a couple of gimmee's to Commander guys dropped
spin away people, but he's been terrible in the first qtr of this yr and is the main reason for the losses to Jacksonville and Philly

maybe the game wouldve been a run away had Brady not gotten hurt...you just never know

Give me a break
From what I remember, he looked pretty good beating up on the Titans in Tennesee. Yes, the Titans. The same defense that basically shut down the great Peyton Manning, in Indianapolis.

as for the Titans game...maybe he looked good because he only threw 20 passes...ya think?

Bledsoe, this year, is one of the worst QBs in the league, and the fact that none of us could play in the NFL doesnt take away our right to say that Bledsoe, this year, is one of the worst QBs in the league.

Unforgiven;1086359 said:Funny thing is, I started a thread stating how well Bledsoe had played after the Commanders game, how well he had bounced back from the beating he took in Jacksonville. I had one page of replies, not all of which were positive, and it was the only thread even recognizing his game, that I saw.

Once you get past those names there is a huge drop off in talent and performance, though Leftwich could go up there. Actually I would put Bledsoe in the middle of the pack when its all said and done. Not great but not horrible, there are far worse QB's in this league that are almost 8-10 years younger, Harrington, Culpepper, Brooks, Kollins, Brunell,Plummer, McNair, Kitna,Losman
