Is this really so hard to grok?

He was a great player, the car accident did take its toll. With Larry Allen being (my opinion) the best guard to ever play the game they may have been the best side of a Oline ever. Those 2 really kicked a** . I can remember games where those 2 just drove guys 5 yards back on running plays.Passing plays the DL's couldn't even get off the line.Wood;5046699 said:Eric Williams will probably always be my favorite cowboys player. I can still vividly recall the Eagles moving up in 1995 draft to select Mike Mamula. First thing they said to him was "there is a guy in Dallas who is chewing people up and spitting them out....we want you to change that'. Mumula turns out to be a bust and Eric Williams goes on to be one of best lineman in Cowboys history and would have probably been 1st ballot Hall of Fame player if not for car accident.

Example:
Terron Armstead has elite physical ability as compared to other NFL Offensive Linemen; however, he is not an elite NFL player because he has never played a snap in the league.
