Who exactly have the Pats played? 1-2 Jets, 1-2 Chargers, 0-3 Bills? The Colts are the only unbeaten to play a team that has actually made some noise.

Colts haven't really played anyone either-0-3 Saints, an injured-riddled Texans team, and they gave up a ton of yards rushing against the Titans.

I dunno, I watched their game with SD game on NFL Channel shortcuts, and I was pretty impressed. Believe me, I hate to say that, because I think Favre is tremendously overhyped. But they looked pretty darn good, I though. Jackson, the rookie, isn't bad. And Favre is throwing some great passes.

Favre is awesome, but the dude is ancient. He can't carry the team forever. When he needs the running game to lean on, it won't be there.

Here I'll rate the overrated /underrated Sports news sources.

OVERRATED

1.) ESPN- Affectionately known as BSPN for its employment of bafoons and sensational drivel.

2.) Sports Illustrated- Less effective at picking football games than a well trained hamster and second only to BSPN in Patroit manlove.

3.) The Dallas Morning News- Acts as if it is run by "The Nation", I think they employ the same conspiracy writers and since one hates on America it is only natural for DMN to hate on her team.


UNDERRATED

1.) Fox Sports Network, far more even handed and regionally savvy than the competition.

2.) Cowboyszone.com- Not overly homerisitc and far more civil and realistic than any other fan forum on the web.

3.) NFL on FOX- Love the way they cover football and have the best and most entertaining pre-game show in the biz.

Even considering Rex's demise, the Bears are the same team they were last year that went to the super bowl, for the most part. The debate on Rex's benching has been on going back to mid season last year. I'd call them somebody.
