i just want to see Goodell have to give Super Bowl MVP to Zeke like he had to for Brady last year. Maybe he will then figure this Karma thing out.Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure this is way more than the Patriots ever did for Tommy boy.
Eh...not a fan of the Cowboys counsel Jason Cohen saying that losing Elliott for 6 games causes "irreparable harm" to the Cowboys' 2017 season. If he is guilty of DV-- he needs to serve the suspension. If he is innocent then he needs to be exonerated.
Talking about the effects on the franchise is secondary or tertiary at this point. Stay on topic counselor and focus on the fact that this was an unjust and unfair process-- regardless of who the player is or who he plays for-- this kind of treatment by the league office is unwarranted and should not be tolerated.
I'm fairly certain they did this support of the temporary injunction while this goes through the courts, rather than trying to get his suspension overturned.Eh...not a fan of the Cowboys counsel Jason Cohen saying that losing Elliott for 6 games causes "irreparable harm" to the Cowboys' 2017 season. Lol, that guy with the Sting paint back there going cray cray...I truly don't know where this case is going and what will be the ultimate resolution, but Dallas just did this:

Hot damn. I would run through walls for Jerry. That guy would bring the best out of me and I know it brings the best out of his guys he employs.Jerry would go to war for his players.

DV doesn't usually work that way. He'll never be exonerated. He'll never be tried.Eh...not a fan of the Cowboys counsel Jason Cohen saying that losing Elliott for 6 games causes "irreparable harm" to the Cowboys' 2017 season. Part of the TRO rqeuirements is for the plaintiff to demonstrate irreparable harm. It's an element required for the judge to find in Zeke's favor. The brief buttresses that argument such that even if they find that Zeke is not irreparably harmed, his employer would be.
The law is a winding road my friend, they would not be making that argument if it was not in Zeke's legal best interests.

Assuming nothing ever goes to court, I have no problem with the Cowboys supporting Zeke.
If he can get the league to vacate the suspension, his name is essentially cleared of DV, which is why he is adamantly trying to prove the flaws in the process-- AND the conspiracy angle.
Will never be tried in criminal court as DV b/c he was never arrested and prosecuted.
BUT-- they labeled him a "woman beater" on shoddy process and little evidence, so he is doing what he can to defend himself.
And I am 100% in favor of the Cowboys support for Zeke. Just think the Cowboys lawyer talking about "irreperable harm" to the team clouds the issue a bit.
