Can't wait to see #9 return! Hope he remains healthy when he returns and plays like the elite QB he is...

Seriously, I love both our QB's, but Tony's the starter until the COACHES say otherwise. If Dak has the team sitting on 4-4 or better at Tony's return, that's just gravy.

I'm actually somewhat mystified that people are concerned about it. It literally doesn't matter WHO the QB is if we run the ball and get protection like that and our defense steps up. It's a stupid thing to fret about. Romo's going in.

Right, Dak is nothing special. Weedone and Cassel could do what he is doing...

Dumbest thing I've ever read. Romo will go in and at the very least, be just fine leading a 200 yard rushing attack and throwing 2 yard passes to Cole Beasley.

Romo will be blitzed into submission when he comes back...and it will not end pretty.

That's sarcasm, right?

Hey, he said it doesn't matter who the QB is, we just have to hand off to Zeke and throw two yard passes to Beasley. Dak is a wasted 4th round pick. Should have gone defense.

For the most part they did... they just had the misfortune of playing Matt Ryan, Cam Newton, Russell Wilson, Tom Brady... instead of ya know, Brian Hoyer and Blaine Gabbert.
But let's forget about Kirk Cousins on the road, right?

Blaine Gabbert and Brian Hoyer play defense?
Blaine Gabbert and Brian Hoyer allow you to build a game plan around dinking and dunking up the field and never throwing a difficult pass (and it being okay when the rare difficult pass you do attempt is five feet too high).

I think so, too. Don't fix what ain't broke.
2 years ago we lost to Colt McCoy on MNF because Romo took a knee to the back by Commanders LBEr Keenan Robinson. Weeden comes in....moves the team...has us rolling. Romo says he is ready. Jerrry goes running to the sidelines to TELL Jason Romo was ready....and Romo comes back and loses the game. Does this mean Weeden is better than Romo? No!!!!!! But on that night...in Romo's diminished physical state...Weeden was the best man for the job. Fast forward 2 years later. Romo...with a bad back...at his advanaced age...is not the BEST QB for this team. Father time and injuries catch up to everyone. But more importantly...we actually have someone we can win with!!!!!!

I doubt you would bet even a nickel of your own money on that, you're just another big mouth. But even if they do, one way or another we are going to find out.

They are managing the rookie. Downfield passes will come when teams stack the box to stop the run. You want Dak throwing them or gimp back Romo? (Sorry, Tony--I love you man).

I'm actually looking forward to Romo's return. I'm not saying this to be snarky, but it will be a relief to watch Tony play knowing there's a viable option in case he doesn't get up again after a big hit.

We have our future QB, so why not give Romo one last shot at glory? If he stinks it up, just go with Dak again. This is a good situation, not a bad one.
