As somebody else mentioned, it's fortunate that these guys are talented enough to make money playing a kids game.

If many of these guys had to work a regular 9 to 5 job like everybody else, they wouldn't last 2 months.

In McFaddens case it really isn't a big deal. He's an old veteran with no history of discipline problems. Probably a good reason for missing the flight. Heck, over the years l have missed plenty of planes for all sorts of reasons.

Can anyone read? DMC missed the free team charter to LA...... he now has to pay his own way to LA...... no biggie.....maybe he gets assigned the room next to the elevator or gets stuck with TFred as a roomie

Camp doesn't start until 2pm today so no one has missed anything but Irving, who is already in Cali

This has been a very annoying offseason.

A lot of this stuff isn't a big deal but it kind of paints a picture as to what the players mindset is headed into the season.

I'm expecting a down year based on everything I've seen. I hope I'm wrong but the players just seem like they invested a lot last year and this year they aren't ready to commit.

Of course I hope I'm wrong. We deserve better as fans because our emotions have been put through the ringer with this club.

You could say that, but at the same time the Cowboys had perfect OTA attendance, and a lot of the guys even got together and organized practices on their own.

I think this DMC story is a normal occurrence anywhere, but has been presented as headline news to fit a narrative of "turmoil in Big D".

The media loves to build us up almost as much as they love to tear us down.

Maybe so but for me, the players will be obliged to prove their commitment for it to become a reality. Right now, the signs aren't encouraging. Too many players are missing their fitness tests, getting into trouble, missing their flights and generally being altogether too irresponsible.

I certainly haven't given up entirely on this team having a successful season but the red flags are most assuredly becoming a persistent cause for concern. Through it all, I still remain a prayerful fan, however. Here's hoping they'll straighten up and fly right very soon.

If you were being judged by CZ, you'd be fired for being 5 minutes late to your job that actually has a flexible work schedule.

What's up with all these renegades doing their own thing? Is it really too much to ask to expect them to be at a certain place at a certain time?
The kids gloves with which these players seem to be handled needs to come off.

Frankly, this is a sign of disarray. The overpaid folks need to learn the definition of TEAM

No discipline. This team is a mess. A rudderless ship. It's the way the lunatic owner wants it.

So Zeke, Carroll, and Wilson most likely being suspended for some games to start the season, is the perception that we will have a down season on the field. The reality is we can still be successful for the entire season because of the overall depth we have. Saying we won't isn't my reality or I'm sure Garrett and the team.

None of us know how this will play out in the end. I'm worried that we aren't starting off the TC season very well and if we have a few injuries, the wheels could come off pretty quickly.

They are required to arrive at Training Camp today (Sunday) at 2pm. If McFadden wants to pay his own way it should not be a problem.

Irving might have already been on the West Coast. If he is there today at 2pm it should not be a problem.

It seems that the media might be trying to make stories out of non-stories.

Could we get some good news (not involving Rico) for once? Does that even exist anymore?

This is definitely not a Jimmy Johnson crafted team. Jimmy would have kicked butt and taken names. There is way too much
lax commitment to this team and team goals by some of these players. Time to take out the trash and determine who are the
new treasures.

Missing flights is okay but gawd forgive you if you're not wearing a tie and coat. Garrett is a hard ace like that.
