yea that was a huge story here ( in atlanta) he was supposed to be a star in the making....

But you make your bed, you lie in it.
They, him and 5 other guys, videotaped the whole evening. That was a huge mistake.

I wish him the best when he gets out. It's a shame

exactly its all his fault for being lame! gotta treat the ladies right! NO ORGYS but really they gave him something crazy like 23-30 for it

I hate when the powers that be try to make an example of someone...it has no place in our judicial system.

hey did anyon else see the guy that was arrested when he was in high school. he was the one that they had a story about about six months ago. he lived in atlanta and played against calvin johson and completely shut him down every time. hes a cb. got arrested for "raping" a girl because he had just turned 18 and she was only 17. some other player turned him in. he faught it and got thrown in jail. a load of crap if you ask me. anyways does anyone know who im talking about.

I saw it and at the time of the incidence he was 17 and she was 15. All he got was oral but Ga. had this backward arse law that they got him on b/c they thought he and the other players rape another female that night. They had it all video tapes and the first girl "appeared" to have consented to the group activity, probably until the tape was circulated.

I never stated that I thought the kid should go to jail for 10 years .... but just reading this thread you would think he just had sex with his girlfriend and got put in prison for it ....

When the reality was he was having a huge orgy in a hotel room that was being filmed, with 5 other guys, Booze, Drugs, and girls as young as 15. This is not the same thing as some innocent kid having sex with his girlfriend.
