His official title (according to GB.com) is Assistant Head Coach/Inside Linebackers, so I think he can walk if he gets a DC job. Interesting that the Packers have essentially 2 DC's and can block teams from interviewing both of them - is that right?
Maybe they let Capers walk and have Moss be their DC!

I don't see Green Bay letting Capers go anywhere unless he becomes a HC.
