This is really odd; I would have never guessed that I could have found a use for an entire football magazine that was printed on toilet paper. Pro Football Prospectus 2008 has found its niche.

It just really looks like they're searching for reasons to detract from the Cowboys. We could possibly have some bad injuries, and we could possibly have future locker room chemistry issues. There's zero evidence right now that either will occur.

I think you're right here. People can't seem to stand that the Cowboys are looking so good. I'll just call it "hatin". People never like the best.;)

Embrace the Hatred seems to fit very well here. After all, the good folks at PFP have "every" reason to believe the Eagles will be better than the Cowboys.

I was about to throw my remote through my brothers TV when I saw this guy on ESPN this morning.

Far be it for a football magazine to actually analyze football. Instead they're predicting chemistry and injury issues which are complete luck and are totally unpredictable and uncontrollable. Do they predict a team to slip by 5 games every year because they "will get bit by the injury bug?"

The Pats haven't had a rash of injuries to their star players. Brady and Moss have been healthy, and Brady actually HAS injury issues RIGHT NOW! Who decides that the Cowboys are suddenly going to have their comeuppance on injuries as opposed to the Pats? Then the Giants had many of their star players banged up all year last year and still won the Super Bowl.

I'll tell you what this is... It's a ploy to sell magazines. That's how ESPN does it. Bash the most popular team in the league, act like you know something no one else does, and watch the panic ensue from the largest fanbase in the NFL.

I think I'll set fire to the magazine rack if I see this rag on it.

People who are not Cowboys fans all tend to have that seething hatred for the team and us fans. They all hated the fact that we were completely dominating in the early to mid 90's, winning 3 out of 4 Super Bowls. And again the Cowboys are now on track to being really good for seasons to come, and have become a popular media draw for any and everything.

Ya gotta love it.

OK.... Flozell is 33 IIRC... Certainly, he is getting up there and probably has maybe another 3 elite years...

But the rest of the OL is 30 or so.

Which...

Isn't a bad thing.

Also, PFP predicted the Eagles to go to the Super Bowl this year as well. Which is funny since this team has two aging offensive tackles that never get injured, a QB who is officially injury prone, and a tailback that they rely on who has been banged up over the years.

This is priceless.:lmao2::lmao2::lmao2:

Ok the Cowboys are winning 8 games while the eagles win the NFC.

You can't get Eagles fans to over at their message board to come up with predictions this outlandish.

Where is this POS published? Home zip start with 080 or 191.

You saud this was on First Take? Are we sure it was from the author of PFP 08, and not Skip Bayless's boyfriend?

Well lets look at the Pats without Brady, Moss, or one of their starting corners (whom I don't know the name of their starters to begin with), I wouldn't call them deep at the skill positions either. **** I don't think the Pats win that division if Brady goes down! He goes on to states the Packers are a real superbowl contender because they have talent up and down the roster, no matter if Aron Rogers is just an average QB. This ****** went on to say that the Eagles will win the East and we will only SNEAK into the playoffs because of the rash of injuries to the Giants... Am I the only one that thinks this guys an idiot. Its amazing what some people come up with... I hope we dominate from the first game of the season through the superbowl!!!

I got to look at it, and all I can tell you is you should´ve seen this guys face (so called expert on the future) to discredit every last word he said, I think "geek" is way too nice for him.
