Firstly, the FO guys themselves have said that their system appears to underweight the Cowboys for some reason.

Secondly, I don't get their injury thing. According to their own book, the Cowboys were 18th in Injury rate last year, though they are 1st (as in, really good) in injury rate for the 3 year rank.
