Gregory was not a talent loss. He had a good four game stretch early and did almost nothing after that.
Cooper's intensity was inconsistent. He just wasn't worth 20 mil. The Cowboys have enough firepower to compensate, especially if their running game takes off. Of course that's if Zeke and Pollard can stay healthy
In the end, I don't really think the Cowboys lost too much. You may think they didn't gain anything but I think that the door is open for younger players to establish themselves.
With that said, the Cowboys problem has never been talent. Recently, it has been about franchise culture. They simply don't put winning first. They don't have a plan. Their authority structure is pathetic. The wrong people are making the final football related decisions..
