ESPN - Should Cowboys draft a QB at 4? Opinions vary

Is there really a NFL GM who looks at Spence and says that's a left DE? Or am I reading it wrong?

I think if we don't use the RD1 pick on a player that can help us this year, coaching staff is gone. Meaning, if we pick a QB at 4, he's learning two systems in two years. Organizational instability is pretty much the kiss of death in developing non-franchise QBs.

Church has not really been much more than a marginal starter at best. That leaves just one DB that this team has developed.

You guys just don't understand, our whole reputation as an overhyped under performing team is at stake.I will never understand the Romo love, what has he really done for Dallas, like one one round playoff, I mean if we draft a qb and dump Romo are we really afraid we would be worse than 4-8 here.Smell the roses Romo is a china doll,. he cannot move like he used too they hit him every play.Draft one, trade him and move on.

If we don't draft Wentz or Goff, we might as well write off the next five years. NOt that there isn't a chance that the choice would bust. But without them it's going to be a long bumpy ride.
