This is the modern game of football. Watch the top qbs go down late in the season or in the playoffs.Injuries this year are beyond insane

I hate and love this... Cuz Worst movie ever with one of my favorite celebs.. LolFind a woman trainer who can get you back in 12 months, let her move in, play the piano for her, take her out, get your head on right by visiting your old stomping grounds, rehab, rehab some more, go to dinner with her, fix her car up (but leave the dimple ding in the driver side door), sleep with her, dump her, reconcile with old girlfriend, figure out old girlfriend only wants your money, go on talk show and credit trainer, abruptly leave during live interview, break up with girlfriend on way out, go find your trainer woman, tell her you want her back and you’re staying with the cowboys, hook up,marry her, and we’ll see you back out on the football field where you’ll be back in all star form with a big payday living happily ever after injury free.
Jaylon's problem was not the ligament damage, that heals eventually.................his problem was the nerve damage that left him with drop foot.Jaylon was never the same player after his injury and apparently this one is almost as bad
Total knee recon with all three ligaments torn is about a 2 year recovery/rehab.Good lord, he needs a complete reconstruction. His career could be over.
Hopefully he or his agent took out an insurance policy that pays you a large settlement in the event you suffer a career ending injury. It sounds like a possible career ender to me. Total knee rebuild. Will be tough. Feel so bad for that guy.
I imagine once they took a look at the MRI and saw all three ligaments were torn, it was obvious he was going to need a full recon.I’m surprised surgery is scheduled this early. They are not even waiting for range of motion or the swelling to subside. That means the knee is completely destroyed
He may recover from this to play in 2026 but he will never be the same. That knee will always give him problems during that much physical stress.
Chubb tore the ACL and the MCL if I recall, the PCL was still intact which is very beneficial for lateral movement.Chubb returned but isn't the same or even close to it.
He's averaging 3.1 YPA this year.
To show how bad that is Zeke is averaging 3.2 YPA.
He will be back.It sounds like a possible career ender to me. Total knee rebuild. Will be tough. Feel so bad for that guy.
Not the same. What's the chances that he'll be the same? It's too bad but this may be the last we see of his true potential.
Maybe his adrenaline masked some of the pain?Heart broken for that kid... I don't understand why they did not use a cart to get him off the field it was obvious it was a bad knee injury
DANG…wish I had read your post…could’ve saved myself some keystrokes. 100% agree. This is the tribute to egocentrism, the cowboys are not going to win anything this season but because of the ego of the rusty Jones, MM and some players who only want to win are risking that good players get injured, look now one of the promises in the defense had this tremendous injury, and most likely he will not play until 2026 and who knows if he will be the same again, all because of excessive pride, this team is the spitting image of its owner. Instead of looking for a better position in the draft they only ruin the team more, a total disgrace,
