We should stop giving out unlucky #13 to players. Gallup ended up retiring after a knee injury and now this with Overshown.
I said it last night....he needs to burn that POS.....And we better not ever hand it out again. I fully expect to see Agent 0 in 2026.

Damn…. He was what Holloman was gonna be and now he might go the way of never being able to play again. We are cursed.

This one stings.... He was starting to become my favorite player and then a bengals OL falls right on his knees due to our inept DL:banghead:

Heart broken for that kid... I don't understand why they did not use a cart to get him off the field it was obvious it was a bad knee injury
:hammer:

I'm shocked he walked off with assistance. He basically took a hand grenade to the knee. Totally destroyed the entire construction of his knee.

Just a genuinely sad event all the way around. He's got a long road back. If he makes it back at all.....

What an awful shame! Overshown had just come back from an injury to the other knee and now, this! I hope he has a future in football after such a terrible injury. Let's wish the best for him and his future, whatever it may be. He was shaping up to be one of our best players. He'll be missed.

How can Parsons get injured when he spends most of his time getting his second, third, fourth, fifth wind on one knee WATCHING the defense bust their behinds trying to stop opponents. I've never seen a team's so-called super star pulling himself out of the game so much because he's tired................LOL!
You’d love him if he played for your favorite team

Friggin sad,he would be better off just retiring, his leg will never be the same..this season can't get over soon enough, total disaster from the start.

This sucks.

This is the one main thing that makes me want to check out of football.

You make all these plans, spends years building a roster....and then in 2 seconds BOOM a future All Pro has such a devastating injury that he probably won't ever be quite the same.

It couldn't be some slob waste if space like Mazi or Diggs.. .it has to be one of the only non-kicker bright spots on the team. Elite talent. Isn't a drama QUEEN like 11, just shows up and dominates.

And now he's done...and probably won't ever be the same.

Praying he pulls a Rod Woodson or Jerry Rice, AP, and heal up FAST (Woodson and Rice returning same season was insane).
Nope. The saddest part of all this for him isn't the two blown out knees. It's the fact he will have to watch us win a Super Bowl next year without being a part of it.

No nerve damage is key. That was Jaylon's issue. The drop foot.

But ultimately it doesn't matter. When he returns he'll just get injured again. It's what he does. Find a replacement.
True but Jaylon had more issues than drop foot. He could have made up for it with better football instincts. Dude was a chicken with his head cut off out there

He was playing on one leg. He had no chance. Instincts or not.

Makes me feel sick. This kid was a superstar in the making and one of the building blocks for the future of this defense.

If there is a plus, it creates a huge opportunity for Marist Liufau.

No kidding, and I wanted to see just how much he could grow as a player.
