Special teams is the ticket for all those long shots.
Any player that shows the willingness to go full throttle on specials will quickly become coveted by Rich Bisaccia and much harder to cut.
One of the reasons I'm not worried about Joseph Randle as a pass blocker is I watched him play Gung Ho as an outside coverage man on kickoffs last year, including some physical tackles and getting concussed himself.
Pilfer wasn't dwelling on the fact he deserved more carries on offense, he just went out there and tried to help his team.

Darn right it was a catch! Anybody with eyes could see Dez clearly control the ball, switch the ball to another harm to keep it away from the defender, take 3 steps then...........

Kenny Mayne was awful. It's like he didn't prepare at all. Just made awkward unfunny remarks and seemed drunk or something. Really poor unprofessional job.

no one is better than Gruden. He sealed it for me when he said that there was no evidence that the ball hit the ground on the Dez play. FINALLY....someone said that on tv.

That's the only measurements I use when evaluating football my friend. I don't care how many yards you had, your awards, etc. I judge by what I see!

Gruden loves football. So he loves all football players. What good does it do to tear people apart or talk bad about them? The guy loves football and anybody who plays football or wants to talk about football. His energy is good, high and genuine.
And he cant contain himself. But I forget that its not accepted in today's world to show too much excitement about anything, and to keep all emotion in check and subdued.
