ESPN: There is a better chance Shedeur Sanders could be Cowboys QB next season than Dak

My personal opinions of Dak have zero to do with this particular debate. I'm surprised anytime people are obsessed with defending someone with a proven record of coming up short in the biggest moments. Regardless of what sport they play or what team they are on.
Fair enough. I think you have some who blame Dak for our playoff woes. I think you have those who think there are bigger issues so they get in defense mode.

But all the good teams have paid their receiver except Chiefs lol.
Not in today's definiton of "being paid". Aiyuk got 30 mil/season. To them, getting paid is top of the market. SF refused to "pay" their WR until he agreed to a more reasonable deal.

Not sure what you mean? 34 million is getting paid but 30 million isn't?

Tore our team apart because of the players we released. Bad deal.
He gave us a ring, it wasn’t for him. I don’t think we beat Pittsburgh. Troy Aikman to Sanders. The late interception helped also I forgot the cornerbacks name?, lol. Just so you know, I was one of the ones who didn’t want him. I remember him telling Emmitt what are you upset? Is it the money?

No, he didn't. He joined a super bowl ready team.

Some of you "Dak only" guys crack me up.

You keep saying , " who's gonna be qb here if Daks gone?", but as soon as we bring up a projected 1st round talent, "he's not good enough"

Face it, you'd rather lose with Dak than get a potentially better qb here.

Sad.....but not surprising
Nope. There hasnt been a Manning in forever.
Dak is as doing in college what he is doing now. Can’t beat good defenses and padding his stats in garbage time, including when getting blown out by ranked teams (see Senior year).

just looking at the tape, anybody can see Sanders has a better and quicker release and arm even in college, hits his defenders in stride, doesn’t bail the pocket and can throw with defenders in his face. This is clearly on tape.

2 minutes in is an absolute dime, athleticism, and insane awareness to keep his eyes down the field...

Whether it’s consistent or not, just flashes, don’t know enough to make a judgment.

Lol no. Sanders is maybe not even Deshaun Watson. His accuracy is way off. Watson is at least somewhat accurate.

Also...Dak only got blown out by Alabama so i don't know what youre talking about. Sanders is getting blown out by mediocre PAC 12 schools.

Your ignorance is staggering

Dak also didn’t have a Henry or a Horn to throw to.

Dak didn't have anywhere close to a 5 star lineman. Colorado at least has one.

With nobody protecting him, nobody to throw to, and no running back that made the NFL junior league....it's a wonder Dak was able to lead his team to 10 and 9 wins respectively in his last 2 years.

LOL.

Dak wasn’t even starting in his freshman year. In his sophomore year, he threw for a whopping 58 percent with 10 TDs and 7 INTs. Sanders was starting as a freshman, had no OL, threw for close to 70% and has 27 TDs and only 3 picks.

Sanders has a far better release, throws it faster and stays in the pocket.

Dak was a running QB in college and had designed runs, which is why he had 210 attempts in his best year, as a junior. He had 160 the next.

Dak didn’t beat a ranked team his SENIOR year buddy. He wasn’t a freshman on a franchise that was absolute hogwash the year prior to coming.

They for example lost to Ole Miss, 38-27. The score at half was 28-3 and 31-13 by the end of the third and 38-13 with a quarter to go. Dak as usual throws 2 TDs, one of them with a minute to go. gARBAGE TIME, just like his career in the NFL.

Texas A&M it was 27-10 in the 4th and M State only TD at that point was a 50 yarder run and Dak only scored in the 4th on a run of 5 yards.

The loss to LSU, it was 21-6 going into the 4th. He threw it 52 times and only got 1 TD.

Dak is a career garbage stats padder.

His team wasn't that good buddy. He played in a much tougher league. It's hard to go up against giants like A&M, Alabama, and LSU when they had the deck all stacked.

It's funny you mention his senior year which sounds just like Shedur last year. Am I rite?

Shedur in his junior year didn't have as good as junior year as Dak did. That's a fair comparison right? Since they were both the same class.

Also, I don't care about release because just having a good release isn't gonna do it in the NFL. What is this stays in the pocket nonsense?

I asked you. Name me one offensive lineman, running back, or WR Dak has to play with? What's your answer buddy?
