Jason Garrett's job is not in jeopardy
should be but its not a surprise jerry is comfortable with him
Just signed a five year deal. If next season is like this one, you can very well bet your *** he'll be gone.
Firing Garrett isn't going to do any good because Jerry keeps returning back to where he's been. He's a creature of habit. He made up his mind more than 20 years ago when he and Jimmy parted ways he'll never hire another head coach who'll receive more credit for his teams success than him. The only thing that got him to break away from that and hire Parcells was his need for a new stadium.
Once Jerry got his stadium and Parcells left he went right back to hirering coaches he can undermine. Jerry still believes that anyone of 500 coaches could coach his team which is why Garrett's job isn't in jeopardy.
Maybe not, but based on recent comments it sounds like Jerry's eyes have finally opened a little.
Jerry still made some moves that Parcells didn't agree with. Like Signing Peerless Price, Eddie George, Terrell Owens, Drafting Demarcus Ware at 11 when Parcells wanted Marcus Spears. I think the T.O. Signing was the end plus Parcells recouped enough of that divorce settlement money he gave his ex wife.
Maybe not, but based on recent comments it sounds like Jerry's eyes have finally opened a little.
Man the unGarrett brigade on here aren't going to be very happy....I see a coo arising on here soon. Just ruined their Christmas Day....
It's the same as before Red's new deal,,,,Red is not going anywhere
