He does read this board... but he deserves a whipping on this one...

I am glad you guys that "know" him arent afraid to leave your real feelings on his comments, afraid he won't be a "friend" anymore or something.

He does have an account here... but it's never stopped us from voicing opinion... we don't do that...

He is a talented guy. They don't hand out a columnist title to idiots... but he is WAY off on this one...

The Cowboys are a different animal... way high profile...

I think that Rice and Harvin both had character issues coming out of college if I recall correctly... I know that Harvin did for sure...

As Jerry, you can't risk it...

On another note... I'll take us vs. the Vikings anytime right now...

Be careful Hos, your boy reads this board, and not might think to kindly of your comments!

And he probably either gets great satisfaction from stirring us up (knowing that means we're paying attention) or is growing increasingly more bitter about our reactions, which seems to be the case with his writing ... which has deteriorated in substance over the years, following the path of the shock artists in the Dallas media instead of blazing his own trail.

lets do it this way

players from team A: 65 receptions, 954 yards, 14.7 ypp, 5 TD

players from team B: 71 receptions, 1003 yards, 14.1 ypp, 8 TD

one player from both teams have only made 3 starts.

which guys do you want?

I would if I were in his shoes.

I can make it simpler. I'll take the best TE in the NFL over 2 pedestrian WRs and don't even need Miles Austin in the equation.

This is why my friend JJT is a writer and not a GM or coach.

He's not qualified to even offer assessments as a writer. His opinions are passable if he were a guy in my living room. Though he'd still be wrong in this case.

um, Players B for 500, Alex

you got the daily double, what team are players B from.

Of course JJT would take Rice and Harvin. He heard "rice" and got hungry.

What the **** is wrong with this guy? This guy is the quintessential cowboy fan/hater. He will never talk good about the boys until they win the super bowl, and he will always be the first to say "told you so" when they lose.

And the host, whatever his name is, is an obvious Cowboy hater as well.

We all know what's going on. JJT got taste of the lights and glitter since ESPN has shown him a little love and has had him as a guest on a couple of their shows. So now he has to play the part.

The funniest thing he said was "in the end you need guys who can go make a play". Hello Dallas has how many WRs averaging over 17 yards a reception? Dallas is also averaging more yards passing and rushing then the Vikings are this year.

if you ask ANY GM in the NFL (Barber, Felix and Choice) vs Peterson...all 32 that have HALF a NFL brain would take the 3 RBs. JJT is a desperate desperate man...but it is to the point where I no longer know what he is desperate for!
