Wait, that Kenny Rice guy? This dude is a stupid ***. Let's see if he'll be taking them when Tarvaris Jackson is starting in a year or so.

I really like Rice, but no way I give up Witten and Austin for Rice and Harvin.

That is completely asinine. You are going to give up the BEST TE in the game and possible a future top 3 WR for Rice and Harvin? I think not.

The packers staff and defensive players are saying Dallas is the best offense they will face.

Keep in mind they have played minnesota twice and cincy once.

This guy behaves like a cornered, wounded animal.....and I cannot figure out why? This not meant as a personal attack, but rather stating that his columns, comments, TV appearances get worse by the day. Did I hear him say he would take Adrian Peterson over the combination of Barber, Felix and Choice?

So would I. I can't disagree with him on that one.

The problem is, that is the ONLY half way decent argument that he has made in his lifetime.

The more I read him, the more I am convinced that my wife who thinks HOU stands for Honolulu Hawaii knows more about football than he does.....

How can you respect someones opinion when every time they open their mouth, they only further prove how stupid theit opinions are?

Here's why I sort of disagree with it.

AP has a fumbling problem (probably so does Felix, but not as bad as AP)

3 good players for 1 great one usually stacks the advantage towards the 3 players. If one guy gets hurt, the other guy can step in. If Peterson gets hurt, then you have to hope you found somebody good enough to replace him. I like Chester Taylor, but after that the Vikings don't have much. And if Taylor gets hurt, that gives AP more reps and increases his chances of getting hurt.

Plus, Felix and Choice can play special teams. Felix can do kickoffs, Choice is very good in ST coverage.

If I had to get a game or a stretch of games where I felt I needed near dominant running, I'd probably take AP, but over the long haul of a 16 game season, I'd take the 3 good players over the 1 great player.

Rice and Harvin over Witten and Austin is pretty ridiculous. Austin and Harvin are about on an equal level as far as 'being proven.' Harvin is a better kickoff returner than Austin, but it's not a blowout. Rice is a solid player, Witten is a great player who is far more versatile with his ability to run block, pass block, and be effective catching short, intermediate and deep pass patterns. Plus, Witten can run block from the TE spot, the H-Back spot and even the F-Back spot.

Rice isn't even the 2nd best WR on the team IMO. I would fear a healthy Berrian more than Rice.

I'll take the great back and 2 solid backups over 3 solid backs. I'd take Emmitt and 2 backups over what we have now, and I love these kids.

There is no current RB corps that I would take over AP and 2 backups.

I get the Peterson over Barber/Jones/Choice argument. Peterson is one of the best if not the best at his position right now. Sure you would sacrifice depth, but sometimes you do that when you know you have one of the tops at their position. Dallas did it for years with Emmitt.

The other argument doesn't make sense. Why compare a TE/WR combo vs. a WR/WR combo? Plus Witten is one of the best at his position. Harvin and Rice and even Miles to some extent are just guys getting by on their athleticism right now. None are fully accomplished wide receivers. They may have up side, but I will take the guy that has proven that he can and continues to play at a high level. That is Witten. Harvin has very little wide receiver experience. I like him, but he has a lot to learn about being a wide out.
