You have to give up someone on the team because he *new* contract would be crushing on the cap. Something like Patrick Crayton (would free up some cap space next year) and a #1, but I'm not sure that is completely worth it. Crayton is far cheaper, you lose a #1 pick, you each his $6M bonus, and you stress your cap space. Thats a lot to give up. Maybe Crayton and a 2nd, but I don't think they would do it.
